We have talked to many realtors and I have to say Lia impressed us from day one. She was on the ball 24/7 she even worked weekends and holidays to get us into this house. She always made sure to communicate with both my husband and myself. She really worked her butt off for us and we wouldn't be   living in our house today if it wasn't for her. Lia pushed all parties to get their parts done. She is a true leader and someone you want by your side when buying a home.

Lia King was very articulate in explaining and planning how to go about selling the old house and buying a new house.   Well it was really good advice because the house sold in just less than 24 hrs. During all the signing Lia was always there for me, as the signing process can be overwhelming .    On my new house, I had an issue with the water department.  Lia asked for my account number and  the next day  I had water turned on.  I didn’t have to do a thing. I highly recommend Lia King for your next house.  She’s honest upfront with costs and extremely family oriented.  She will make you very, very happy with your new house.  SHE IS THE BEST!

A few years back we were looking for an apartment that would allow a 75-pound dog. Lia King made a few calls to her contacts, and found the perfect place in just the area we were looking in. The management team of this little 8-unit complex is wonderful to deal with. They keep the complex clean, and kicked out the slobs who tried to trash up the place.
